Out of COVID-19 came the brilliant NETFIT website, to provide an online netball program with weekly fitness videos, fitness plans, coaching drills and session plans to keep you ahead of the game. We provide a range of netball services to encourage and inspire netballers of all ages through ļ¬tness ~ Coaching Academies ~ Empowering events ~ Health and Wellbeing Workshops.
